Good learners can inspire students or anybody to learn well. Here are some characteristics of good learners.

Good learners are curious. They wonder about all sorts of things，often about knowledge beyond their areas of expertise（专长）. 【小题1】 Finding out about something they didn't know satisfies them for the moment，but their curiosity is addictive.

Good learners don't give up easily. A few things may come easily to learners but most knowledge arrivesafter effort. Good learners are willing to put in time. They try to search out new information. They read，analyze，and evaluate（评估）the information they've found. 【小题2】

Good learners know that a lot of learning isn't fun. The journey to understanding generally isn't all that exciting. 【小题3】 Others need boring attention to detail，and still others need periods of intense mental focus. Your back hurts，your arms and legs get tired，and your coffee gets cold.

They are surrounded by questions — the ones they still can't answer, or the ones without very good answers. Those questions follow them like day follows night with the answers bringing daylight.

Good learners share what they' ve learned. They are connected to the knowledge passed on to them and committed to leaving what they' ve learned with others.

   Everyone struggles writing. 【小题1】 Writing is hard. All writers struggle at some point. And even if writing has come easily for you, at some point in your work as a student ,eventually you're going to hit a roadblock（路障）. 【小题2】 When the writing was going well, what was happening? When the writing wasn't going well, what was happening?

 【小题3】 Most people's negative writing experiences happened because of some specific requirements like an exact length. They focus on and worry about what the final product has to look like, like how many pages for a research essay, or if it is in the second or third language, or grammar, like whether it gets communicated in the right language.

Another problem can arise when the need to do well on a paper is extremely important, like a timed essay exam, or a college application essay, or a research paper at the end of the term, and it's tied to the entire grade for the class. So worrying about what will happen if they don't do well- get bad grades, or don’t get into college - creates anxiety.  【小题4】

Try to move to more positive projects. Usually when writing comes easily, the writers feel they have something important to say. 【小题5】 What personal understanding of the subject can you bring to your paper? Why is this subject important? How to Make Friends

Friendship is a very important human relationship and everyone needs good friends. Good friendship has many benefits. It offers companionship, improves self-worth and promotes good health. There are times in our lives such as when we have recently moved into a new town, or changed our jobs or schools. Such changes often leave us without a friend.【小题1】But for many of us the process is difficult and requires courage. Below are some helpful suggestions on how to make and keep friends.

1. Associate with others.

The first step to making friends is associating with other people. You can go to public places to meet new people. Besides, you will need to make yourself known by becoming an active member of such places.

2. Start a conversation.

Starting a conversation is the second most important step in making new friends.【小题2】 You can always start the conversation. Being able to make small talk is a very useful skill in relating with other people.
