The Tiger and The Fox

One day, a tiger was looking for something to eat. Suddenly he met a fox and caught him. The tiger said: “I’m hungry. I will eat you up.” The fox said: “No, you can’t. Because I am the king of the animals.”

“Really? I don’t think so.” said the tiger. “You don’t believe me? Let’s go and try.” said the fox.

Then they went for a walk in the forest. All the animals ran away when they saw the tiger and the fox. “Oh, you are right. You are really the king of the animals. All the animals are afraid of you. ”said the tiger. Then he went away. The fox laughed. “The tiger is so stupid. In fact, the animals are afraid of him, not me!"

A hungry lion discovered a sleeping rabbit under a tree. Suddenly a deer appeared when he wanted to eat the rabbit. He though a deer was much delicious than a rabbit. Then he chased the deer, but the deer ran too fast. The hungry lion was tired. At last the lion gave up. (放弃) He went back to look for the sleeping rabbit. But it was already gone.

When is a horse not a horse? When it is a sea horse. The sea horse is a small fish. It likes warm water. A sea horse always stands up in the water when it swims. The father sea horse carries the eggs to keep them safe until they hatch. Then the baby sea horses swim away.

There are many kangaroos in Australia and not only in zoos. You can see them everywhere outside the cities and towns. Kangaroos have very strong legs, so they are very good at jumping. Their tails are very strong, too. So when they want to have a rest, they rest on their tails. Kangaroos are also very good at looking their babies. Mother Kangaroos keep their babies safe in their pockets.

This is a new pet shop. There are some animals in it. There are three black dogs and ten yellow chickens. There is a cute monkey. It is brown. It has a long tail. There are three yellow ducks. They have big eyes. I like all the animals. They are lovely.

Welcome to Uncle Sam's farm(农场). There are many animals on the farm. Look at the ten ducks. They are all yellow. Behind the ducks, there are eight pigs. They are black.And they are big. There is a brown horse near the pigs. It has two black eyes and a long tail. I like it. Behind the horse there are two cats and three dogs. They are small. But they are really cute.

Mummy Rabbit and her two children live in a house. One day, Mummy Rabbit wants to go shopping. “Stay at home and close the door,” Mummy Rabbit says and then she goes to the supermarket.

A wolf comes. He wants to eat the baby rabbits. He knocks at the door and says, “Open the door. Rabbits.” Brother Rabbit looks out of the window. He sees a wolf. “A wolf is at the door. What can we do?” He says to Sister Rabbit. “We have some sharp stones. We can throw the stones to the wolf.” Sister Rabbit says. “OK. Let’s do it!” They open the window and throw the sharp stones to the wolf. The wolf runs away.
