Last week my classmates and I went to the Art Museum of Hairy Monkeys for the activity of promoting intangible cultural heritage.

The Case for and Against Homework

Homework is typically defined as" any tasks given to students by school teachers that are meant to be carried out during afterschool hours". Homework has been a hot topic of debate in education. Throughout the first decade of the 20th century, educators commonly believed that homework helped create disciplined（遵守纪律的）minds. 【小题1】Since then, arguments for and against homework have continued to grow.

Finally, homework should cause students and their parents or other family members to take part in conversations and thus help the students' learning.

In the past two years, our school had organized many activities. What impressed me most was an activity calling “Learning to Farm”. On a autumn afternoon, we went to a farm, which we learned to plant potatoes. Having in the city for such a long time, we were so happily to go to the countryside. After we got there, we were divided into three groups, but we started to work. Some students cut potato plants （马铃薯秧）into pieces, some dug hole, and the others put the pieces of potato plants into the holes, put the soil back and pushed them down hard. We were all busy working until all the work was done. Though we were tired out, we felt pleased on our way back to home.
