The Dujiangyan is the oldest man-made water system in the world, and a wonder in the development of Chinese agriculture. 【小题1】（build）over 2,200 years ago in what is now Sichuan Province in Southwest China, this amazing engineering 【小题2】（achieve）is still used today.

We are very glad to have the chance to visit to the British Museum. No other museums can take place of the British Museum. It is a famous tourist attraction for tourist all over the world. It consists of many showrooms, one of what is the showroom of China. It was divided into several parts to display different objects from China. When you look around the showroom, it may seem strangely to you that Britain should have taken so much valuable things from China.

   Apart from decoration purposes, the paint symbols  were mainly used during wars to express secret messages to the other members of the tribe. Native Indians believed that the designs that they painted had certain magical power that would protect them. Eye of a Medicine Man Symbol It was a very powerful symbol thatrepresented the medicine man or shaman.The outer（外部的）lines indicated the four directions. The inner lines showed the spirit world and the dot in the center meant the eye of the medicine man and his spiritual vision.

Indian Camp Symbol It indicated an Indian village that consisted of tent-like houses made of wood and animal skins. It was easy to build and dismantle（拆卸）quickly.

Homecoming Symbol It indicated the return of soldiers and ceremonies were held to welcome the brave soldiers.

We had a geography lesson about the Sahara in last week. It's a large desert，the world largest，in fact. It is near equal to the United States in size and cover more than 9 million square kilometers.    The people of Reykjavik are used to lying down for the winter, when each day brings with it only a few hours of sunlight.
