Jenny and Li Ming watched Bob play basketball this evening. They arrived at the gym (体育馆) at 6:30. Bob's team played with the Orange Team. Everyone played hard! Jenny and Li Ming had fun at the gym. They yelled for Bob's team. Finally, Bob's team won. They were very happy.

Last Sunday morning, Tom and Henry went swimming in a swimming pool. They went there by bus. It was very hot. But they had fun in the swimming pool.

In the afternoon, they played sports. They taught each other a sport. They were thirsty. There was a small shop near them. So Henry went to the shop and bought two bottles of juice. It was cool to drink the cold juice. How happy they were!

John lives in a tall building in the city of Beijing. There are eighteen floors in the building, and he lives on the fifteenth floor. He uses a lift（电梯）to go up and down.

John works very hard. He goes to work early. Every day he gets out of the lift. Then he walks to a bus stop. It is about two hundred meters from his home.

He usually catches the number 11 bus to work. John works in a factory about ten kilometers from his home. He starts working at 8:30, and finishes at 4:30. He gets back home at 5:15. He gets into the lift, and he goes up to the twelfth floor. Then he gets out of the lift and climbs up to the fifteenth floor on foot.

I am a student. I like sports. I run every morning and I swim twice a week（一周两次）. I like all kinds of ball games. I like football, basketball, volleyball, tennis and ping-pong.  I am good at playing ping-pong. I often play ping-pong with my friend, Li Lei. We are on the school team.  But he doesn't like any other ball games.

He likes to collect（收集） balls.  He has a great collection（一批物品）of balls. He has 60 footballs, 16 volleyballs and many ping-pong balls.  We like to watch sports on TV.
