老屋的玻璃天窗，小巧晶莹，开设在光线不足的卧房。对于我们小孩来说，天窗不仅为我们平添光亮，更让我们感受到许多无法言喻的美妙。
夏夜，蝉还在院落里高大的梧桐树上鸣唱，田野里的蛙声就此起彼伏地欢快起来。穿着母亲缝制的方领衫，枕在她的怀里，仰起小脸，有时可以看到明月高悬远天之上，透过天窗，泻下轻轻柔柔的月光，一束束，盈盈的，如水似乳，漫过母亲的衣橱，在青砖地上画成一团银亮的光斑。一颗两颗美丽的星子也赶热闹似的映着天窗向我和母亲温柔地眨眼，低低地絮语。那一方窄窄的小小天窗足以把稚嫩的视线放大，把美丽的想象撑起，星空的神秘和趣味便注满了幼年幻想的心域。
因有这一扇天窗，卧房里便舞动着游丝般的轻柔和温馨。母亲手摇蒲扇，缓缓地扇着，凉风便一丝丝地滑过肌体，惬意极了。她一边借着丝丝缕缕的亮光给我扇风，一边给我猜各样的谜语：“开嘛开白花，结嘛结四牛角。”我答是母亲在池塘里采的红菱，母亲便夸我聪颖。这还不够，母亲总是拗不过我的撒娇和对故事的喜爱。每每此时，她会不由自主地抬头凝望天窗外一颗两颗水晶般的星子。嫦娥奔月、吴刚伐桂的神话故事，便娓娓地在我心间摇曳出莲花般的清润和痴醉。常常，母亲的声音融着天窗下的那片亮光，如小溪的流水潺潺地抚遍我的全身，溢进我的心坎。
江南多雨，尤其是阴雨绵绵的梅雨季节。因为有了这扇天窗，更让我感受到万般雨意千般诗情。天窗外，夜色冥茫。月亮躲起来了，星星躲起来了。唯有点点滴滴、淅淅沥沥的细雨如烟般笼着了鳞鳞的瓦片和一扇玲珑的天窗。童稚的心灵，透过那一方小小的天窗，遐想着偌大的夜宇舞起了巨幅绸缎，若是裁剪一匹让母亲为我做新衣裳，那有多好呀。想着想着，雨滴水润润，湿漉漉的，仿佛倏的一下钻进心里蔓延开来。雨点一滴一滴到天明，当晨光从天窗里泄漏时，新的一天又开启了。
仲夏，多雷阵雨。屋内，昏黄的灯苗闪闪烁烁的，把灯光里缝制衣服的母亲的影子在墙上拉得好长。雨点如一名来自天界的乐手，水乡泽国便奏起了铿锵有力的天籁。听久了，听熟了，就能辨出，雨声如泉水般叮叮咚咚的，是奏响在玻璃天窗上的乐音。粗犷一点的是敲打在瓦楞上的鼓点。雨点轻轻重重、缓缓急急地也在我清澈的心湖上奏响，泛漾起细细的波纹。迄今为止，我一直认为这是我所听过的最美的纯天然的交响乐呢！雨势来得急也去得快。往往一首乐曲作罢，衣服上便留下了母亲细细密密的针脚。
记忆中，老屋的天窗总是与母亲的身影相伴；现在，它时常浮现于我的脑海，一些细节还那么清晰。也许生命早期的记忆，是一个人生活的根吧,！“一窍仰穿，天光下射。”走在时光的深处，生命难免也会有阴暗的死角。那么就让我们常常提醒自己，不论何时、何地、何境，都别忘了开一扇心灵的天窗，让皎洁的月光，让灿烂的星辉，让诗意的雨声，让婉转的鸟鸣……都一一洒进心房。
