Last week, I have the honor of experiencing teaching. Our school asked some volunteer to teach some kids which lived in the countryside.

I treasured this chance so much and joined in the team. When I met those kids, they were so happily to see me and listened to me carefully. Given the warmest welcome by them, I enjoyed being their teacher. However, I tried my best to teach them and play games with them.

Back to school, I missed our students so much. They liked me a lot but some of them even kept in the touch with me. I felt so proud being a teacher. This precious experience helped me make up my mind to realizing my dream.

   I was stepping out of my office with a complex feeling. That was my _____ day in my office. I was _____ about what was going on in my mind. My staff members wished me many good wishes. I _____ with a smile. For the last time, I returned to my table again and _____ the board, which read “CEO” below my name. I read it and sighed deeply.

One month passed. I tried my best to _____ myself to a new life which was a bit _____. After all, I had no office or routine (常规的) life. Though I got enough job offers, I _____ them all. I didn’t know why I was no longer interested in a job. _____, one day I was anxious to visit my ex-office. So, I went there immediately. When I got there, some of my colleagues were _____. I met others, but I felt as if I ______ something. They greeted me and talked to me, but showed less ______ for me. Everything seemed very casual to me.

With a ______ heart, I left the office for a nearby park. Sitting on a bench, I ______ every single person moving around there. Slowly, I realized no one was at fault. It was my disillusion (幻灭)of ______ and position of my past days. I think ______ people must be feeling the same if they don’t ______ specific work after retirement (退休).

It was my good day in that park. While ______ on the bench, I heard a kid saying to his friend, “What is this? Why are you ______ about yesterday’s incident? ______ it! Let it go. Let’s play together again.” This “Let it go” is the best way to make your ______ cool!

Now I want to tell you something what happened last weekend. On my way to the cinema，I noticed a foreigner talk to a policeman who seemed able to understand what the foreigner was saying. They two looked very worriedly. So I went up to see what I could do help them. I told the policeman a foreigner had lost his wallet and camera. Finally the foreigner got back his belonging with the help of the policeman. All of them thanked me. By the time I arrived at the cinema，the film have been over. Although I'd missed the film，but I was very happy because I had helped others with my efforts.

   In April 2014 I had a major surgery（外科手术）. The day after the _______ the nurse told me that I had to get out of bed and walk a little. I felt very _______ and every movement caused me a lot of pain. _______ ，even with the pain and discomfort I could get up and I just _______to sit on a chair by the bed. I was short of _______ and the pain worsened after the great effort I made.

While I was there I was _______ that I had to get up and walk a little when an old lady came into the ward（病房）. She walked directly towards me. Her hair was _______ white and very neat，her weak，white face glowed more _______ the bright，red and long coat she wore，and I could see that under her coat she was wearing a（n）_______gown.

She ________ me and said "You are very pretty." Her kind comment took me by ________as in those moments the ________ I believed was that I looked pretty. However，I replied，"Thank you very much. You are a very kind lady. "Immediately she took my hand and said "I am going to pray for you"，and a very warm and comforting sensation invaded（侵入）me. I really ________ those words in those moments. This complete  ________ lady made me feel safe and ________ .

I thanked her for her ________ and I asked her name. "My name is Pat，"she replied，"and I am in the next ward. "And then she left，leaving me a bit ________ but feeling much better and I even ________ the pain for a little while.

Finally the day came when I had to ________ the hospital. I never saw Pat again but that special and brief moment I met her ________ in my mind and my heart.
