When I was at school, I have a nice classmate named Jenny , which was the first foreigner I had ever met. She was friendly and very pretty. She was good at three language ,although she was very young. It was interested that her father was a French while her mother came from England. All of them were teaching at a university at that time. She was crazy about collect stamps ,listening to pop music, as well as playing the football. Her dream was to be an engineer, so she usually studied hard achieve it. She often told fun stories with English to make us laugh. And it was clear that we all liked her short after that.

Of all my teachers， Mr Smith is the one who impress me most. While he is in his 40s， he looks very young for his age. Compare with other teachers， he paid much attention to the way of teaching. He tries various way to make his classes lively and interested. In his opinion， we should not only know “what it is” ， but to understand “why it is so”. He encourages us to think independently instead of giving us answer to a question immediate. Under his guidance， we've learned what to solve problems. He is so learned a person that we all admire her.

   Teachers help shape us into the people we become. They teach us academic skills，but their impact（影响）extends far beyond the classroom. Last week, a survey was being done in our school by the students' union. As the result shows, some students have breakfast regularly. Therefore, the others don't, or even skip it. Between the students who have breakfast every day, only a few have a balanced diet which include bread, milk and eggs. There are several reasons in my opinion. First of all, many students don't know the important of breakfast. Besides, many parents have limited knowledge about which a balanced diet is. Finally, teachers give students too much tasks, so they have no time have breakfast. In the word, every student should have breakfast regularly. The more balanced diet one has, the healthy he will be!
