It is six o’clock. Yang Ling and her father are having dinner. There is a lot of meat in Yang Ling’s bowl because she likes eating meat very much. She always eats so much meat. “Yang Ling, you should eat different kinds of(不同种类的) food every day,” says Yang Ling’s father. “I eat different kinds of meat. I eat pork(猪肉), chicken, duck and beef(牛肉),” says Yang Ling. “But you don’t eat vegetables.” says her father. “I love meat, Dad. Meat is yummy. I don’t like vegetables. They taste bad,” says Yang Ling. “But vegetables are good for your health,” says Yang Ling’s father.

Healthy eating habits are very important for our health. We should keep healthy eating habits. We should eat fresh vegetables and fruits every day. They supply（提供） rich and the necessary vitamins（维生素） for us. We also should eat less meat every day. And we had better drink a glass of milk in the morning or at night. Besides, we should focus on a balanced diet(平衡饮食）, Junk food（垃圾食品） is a killer for our health so that we should stay far from them. It is said that most of students do not have breakfast in the morning. It is not very good for our health. Breakfast is the most important meal for people.
