Yang Ling often has a lot of noodles for breakfast. She sometimes eats an egg too. For lunch and dinner, she eats some meat and some vegetables. She only eats a little rice.

Yang Ling likes sweet food too. but she eats a little at a time. She eats some fruit every day.

Healthy eating habits are very important for our health. We should keep healthy eating habits. We should eat fresh vegetables and fruits every day. They supply（提供） rich and the necessary vitamins（维生素） for us. We also should eat less meat every day. And we had better drink a glass of milk in the morning or at night. Besides, we should focus on a balanced diet(平衡饮食）, Junk food（垃圾食品） is a killer for our health so that we should stay far from them. It is said that most of students do not have breakfast in the morning. It is not very good for our health. Breakfast is the most important meal for people.

Hello! I’m Zhang Peng. Today is my father’s birthday. It’s on July 7^th. I make a birthday card for him on Saturday. My mum cooks a big meal for him. My sister buys a birthday cake. It is very sweet and delicious. We sing birthday song for him. We are very happy on my father’s birthday.

Lily had a short holiday. She went to Xi’an and visited her uncle. She went there by car. She played with her cousin on the first day. The next day, she visited Huaqingchi with her parents. She took many beautiful pictures. On the third day, she climbed a mountain with her uncle, aunt and her cousin. She stayed in Xi’an for three days. On the fourth day, she came back home and did her homework.

It is Saturday afternoon. It is a fine day. Mr and Mrs Black go to the park. There are lots of people there. Some men are drinking coffee under a big umbrella. Some girls are playing games under a big tree. A boy is sitting in a boat. He is fishing. There are many birds in the trees. They are singing. A cat climbs up a tree. It wants to eat the birds, but the birds fly away.

What are they doing for holiday? Mary is visiting her aunt in Paris. She is very excited to be in Paris. It is a very famous city. And it is a good place to go shopping! Tom is fishing by the lake. Because the water is very clean, there are so many fish in it. Ben is growing flowers. Jim is taking some photos in the park. The park is very beautiful in autumn, and it’s a good place to take photos. Everyone gets tired. It’s important to have a rest. And it’s good for your health. I like the circus(马戏团). It is very exciting. I usually go to the circus with my friends on weekends.

It is in a large tent(帐篷). We see the lions and tigers first. The lions and tigers sit on benches(长凳). Then they jump through the fire.

Next a lady rides a horse. She rides round and round and does comic dances(滑稽舞) and tumbles(翻跟斗) on the horseback. Then we see the clown(小丑). He runs round and round and plays funny tricks.

Finally a girl walks across a rope(绳).

We eat popcorn and drink Coke. We all enjoy the time at the circus.
