故乡的味道

    渐渐发现,一个人静静待着,会处在一个无味的世界里,使劲呼吸,周围还是陌生的空气。除了下雨时飘散的泥土和青草的芬芳能触动我的嗅觉神经,时间便在这无味的空气中缓缓消逝。

    前几日,当老家的亲戚提着大包小包自产的蔬菜和水果,风尘仆仆地出现在家里时,我的嗅觉神经瞬间活跃起来。褐皮梨散发的甜腻香味,溢满纸箱的西红柿的酸甜味,直蹿鼻孔的豆角清香,还有土豆裹着红泥土的香气,一阵一阵向我袭来。顷刻间,我仿佛置身于田野,到处是瓜果飘香,蝴蝶飞舞。

    我开始怀念起了在故乡的日子。

    房头的小麻雀唧唧喳喳,唱响清晨第一支悦耳动听的歌。我睁开惺忪的双眼,窗外的晨雾已悄悄捎来经雨水滋润过的翠叶、野花和青草充满活力的清新味道。

    迎着晨曦,奶奶点燃灶窝里放好的干柴,开始做早饭。虽然村里大部分人家早已使用方便快捷的电饭煲了,可奶奶依然喜欢用传统方法——甑子蒸。奶奶说,甑子蒸出来的饭吃着才有米饭的清香和甘甜,让人回味无穷,一辈子也忘不了。每当这时,厨房里总是氤氲着白米饭的醇香。

    院里的空地都被奶奶利用起来,不用出大门就能吃到新鲜蔬菜。韭菜、小白菜、豌豆尖、葱、辣椒,没有施过化肥,靠肥沃的土壤和纯净的雨水自然生长。想吃什么,到院里摘,清水一洗,锅中一炒,加了作料,便是美味佳肴。

    饭菜的浓香与烟囱里飘出的缕缕炊烟飘荡着,飞舞着,旋转着,奔向远方,像在召唤亲人回家团聚。

    吃过早饭,我拿着水瓢,跟随奶奶到离家不远的菜地里浇水、拔草,既能与可爱的瓜果蔬菜亲密接触,又能尽情挥洒勤劳的汗水。渴了,就喝田边甘醇的溪水;累了,田埂上一坐,迎接你的是怡人的稻花清香。你只需闭上眼睛,便能与这山水融为一体。

    午后,搬个凳子到柿子树下乘凉,听奶奶讲我小时候的趣事。院墙边,老母鸡带着小鸡在嬉戏,小白狗耷拉着脑袋依偎在奶奶脚旁。热流暗涌,树影婆娑,恍惚间,我似回到了无忧无虑的童年时代,笑得一脸灿烂的我陶醉在老鹰抓小鸡的游戏里。空气中漂浮着糖果一样的甜蜜味道,亦一如我的童年。

    当夜幕降临,蟋蟀、田蛙纷纷唱起歌来,附和着此起彼伏的狗吠声,连月亮的心也被搅乱了,月牙儿不再遮遮掩掩,露出了大半个脸,照得村庄更加明亮。当劳作了一天的人们坠入梦乡时,各种植物在白天吸收养分,夜里就加速生长,空气里满是草木汁液散发的鲜美味道。

    每当面对结实的钢筋水泥房,吵闹的街道,来往穿梭的车辆,看不见繁星点点的天空,呼吸不到周围陌生的空气,我就越发怀念起故乡生活的日日夜夜,故乡的土地,故乡的老房子,故乡的亲人,故乡的夜空和故乡的清新空气。

    是故乡的水土养育了我,故乡有爱,有家的味道。故乡才是我魂牵梦绕的真正家园。
