    在2008年5月12日，在四川汶川地区，发生了建国以来比唐山大地震还严重的自然灾害——8.0级大地震。因为这次灾难的降临，死亡人数达到了6万多人，30多万人受伤，这个数字简直不敢想象，令人揪心，令人难过。

    这次大地震中，伤亡惨重，让无数人丧失了生命。一些孩子，失去了双亲；一些父母，失去了儿女，那些在地震过后潸（shān）然泪下的人，那些失去了最亲爱的亲人的人们，心里无限的伤痛。

    灾难过后，我们敬爱的温家宝总理亲自去重灾区指挥抗震救灾，探望灾区的人民，一句句关切的话语，一句句温暖的安慰，让沉浸在悲伤中的人们得到了一些抚慰。我们敬爱的***主席，立即进行部署，要求尽快抢救生命，安排好灾民的生活。可见，我们国家领导人对于这次地震万分重视。

    而不仅仅只有国家领导人关心这次灾情，全国人民都投入到了抗震救灾的斗争中来，各个省都组织了救援队伍，向灾区运输救灾物资。小朋友捐出了自己的压岁钱，就连那些残疾人也捐出了自己的生活费。中国人寿、中国银行等企业也都捐出了善款。

    一封封从全国各地寄来的信函，一笔笔善款中都融入了每一个人的爱心。每一封信、每一笔钱中都含有每一个人对这次地震所造成伤亡的人的关怀。100元，50元，200元……全国各地的每一个人都献出了自己的一份爱心，都献出了自己对同咆们的爱。每一份爱都能暖化一个人的心灵。

    那些远在重灾区的朋友们，请你们不用担心，我们每一个人都会为你们祈祷，祈祷你们平安健康地渡过这次灾难。

    这一次的地震使中国损失了好几千亿，但这却恰恰证明了中国人民的团结，心连心的精神。那些深陷地底的亲人，不要悲伤，不要放弃，加油，战胜一切！

    这次灾难是上天给我们的一次考验，我们一定要坚强起来，一起渡过难关。因为，有爱就有希望。

Some think they will look foolish if they go to see a doctor. Others don't want to talk about their secret.

    Liang Yuezhu, an expert on teenagers from Beijing Anding Hospital has the following advice for teenagers:

    Talk to your parents or teachers often.

    Take part in group activities and play sports.

    Go to see a doctor if you feel unhappy or unwell.
