    当前，网络和信息技术迅猛发展，已经深度融入我国经济社会的各个方面，极大改变和影响着人们的社会活动和生活方式，在促进技术创新、经济发展、文化繁荣、社会进步的同时，网络安全问题也日益凸显。

    2016年11月7日，十二届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议表决通过了《中华人民共和国网络安全法》，并将于2017年6月1日起施行。该法的突出亮点主要有:明确了网络空间主权的原则；明确了网络产品和服务提供者的安全义务；明确了网络运营者的安全义务；进一步完善了个人信息保护规则；建立了关键信息基础设施安全保护制度；确立了关键信息基础设施重要数据跨境传输的规则。

    I met Mrs. Neidl in the ninth grade on a stage-design team for a play and she was one of the directors. Almost instantly I loved her. She had an unpleasant voice and a direct way of speaking,1 she was encouraging and inspiring. For some reason, she was impressed with my work and Mrs. Neidl would ask me for my 2 .She wanted to know how I thought we should 3 things. 学孔堂记

胡缵宗

    天不可以象名，孔子之道不可以科名。日月星辰，象也；德行、政事、言语、文学，科也。谓天尽于日月星辰，是小天矣。谓孔子之道尽于德行、政事、言语、文学，是小孔子之道矣。学孔子者，不得其全而各得其性之近似，乃名之以科，而不知孔子之道，何可以科名哉？虽然，学孔子者非得其门，吾未见其入也。

    苟不欲知天则已；苟欲知天，在璇玑、玉衡，以观日月星辰，几乎天矣。夫苟不欲学孔子之道则已；苟欲学孔子之道，由博文约礼以达德行、政事、言语、文学，几乎孔子矣。言子游，孔子之高弟也，其优于同列也以文学，而其治武城也以礼乐。礼乐固文学之见乎其外者也。德也，政也，言也，文也，无不序焉之谓礼；德也，政也，言也，文也，无不和焉之谓乐。子游学乎孔子而独得乎礼，乐之传亦微矣。

    夫礼乐，孔子之道也。学礼乐以入道，孔门之教也。故学子游所以学孔子也。学至于子游，具孔子之一体矣。吴之先启于泰伯。泰伯以让风，子游以礼乐风，吴之文，实彬彬矣。夫岂后世之所谓文哉？亦岂后世之所谓学哉？后子游而与起者，唐有若陆公贽宋有若范公仲淹。贽曰：上不负天，下不负所学。仲淹曰：先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐。文章功业越一世，虽未敢上拟孔门，其亦学子游而有得者，与学子游所以学孔子也，故吴之文称盛者，曰：泰伯贤。曰：子游先。曰：敬与希文焉尔，其以文擅当时名。故有学道书院创于宋、复于元，迨至今……湮废已久，缵宗^①忝守兹邦，乃因佛废之隙而鼎建之。外为书院，内为堂，旁为周庐。于是择郡中子弟之良者肄其中，而以孔子之道相切磋焉。冀诸士子学敬与希文以至于子游，学子游以至于孔子，亦庶几矣。士希贤，贤希圣，圣希天，其尚勖之哉，其尚勖之哉！
