We usually have three meals. We have breakfast, lunch and supper. We often have more time for lunch and supper, and we eat a big lunch or supper. But a good breakfast is very important (重要的).    One good breakfast should be rice or bread, an egg and milk. On a cold morning a cup of hot drink is necessary (必需的). Get up a little early and you can have enough time to eat breakfast.
