师旷问学

    晋平公问于师旷曰:“吾年七十,欲学,恐已暮矣。”师旷曰:“何不秉烛乎?” 平公曰:“安有为人臣而戏其君乎?”师旷曰:“盲臣安敢戏君乎?臣闻之:少而好学如日出之阳壮而好学如日中之光;老而好学,如秉烛之明。秉烛之明,孰与昧行乎?”平公曰:“善哉!”

【注释】①秉烛:点烛。当时的烛只是火把,还不是后来的蜡烛。②盲臣:师旷为盲人,故自称。意为瞎眼的臣子。③昧行:在黑暗中行走。昧,黑暗。

Zuckerberg believes it's important to have an open mind and be ready to try new things. “The riskiest thing is to take no risks,”he once said in an open letter. Sometimes the simplest ideas go furthest. We hope Mar Zuckerberg can go much further, maybe even further than Bill Gates.
