向最讨厌的人学习

       ①强大者必有“讨厌”之处。反过来说，令人讨厌之人必有其别人所不具备的优势。

       ②人的身上有两条虫：一条是可怜虫，一条是讨厌虫。可怜虫发作的时候，必会对他人产生怜悯和同情，讨厌虫发作的时候，必会对人、对事产生反感和不喜欢。人们对外界事物的普遍应激反应是同情弱者、讨厌强者。心理学家说：“当我们讨厌某人时，往往因为对方身上拥有和我们相同的缺点。”当对方将我们的缺点暴露出来，我们就会将讨厌他的情绪表露出来。另外，强大者往往因强大而“获罪”，正如美国哲人爱默生说：“所有的英雄最后都令人讨厌。”当最讨厌的对象能胜任的工作让我们难以企及时，我们也会将讨厌他的情绪表露出来。这就是产生讨厌情绪的秘密。

       ③讨厌是一种感性的说法，如果我们理性地看待，就会发现，几乎最讨厌的人身上，都有值得学习之处。

       ④如果我们将社会视为一个有机整体，最讨厌的人在其中只占少数。他们的存在能够让我们看清楚自己的不足，让我们从讨厌模式切换到学习模式。这是处人待事最好的方法。

       ⑤在异己和类己之间，异己容易成为最令自己讨厌的人。无论国家、城市还是个人，观念的不同很容易造成分歧、谩骂与讨厌。如何对待异己，是宽容、借鉴、欣赏、接纳，还是怀有偏见？这绝不是成功学的选择，而是一种心智成熟的表现。前者容易让人成为虚心好学、睿智开朗的成功者，而后者则容易让人成为目光短浅、心胸狭窄的失败者。

       ⑥怎样向最讨厌的人学习呢？

       ⑦苏东坡曾问佛印禅师：“你看你像谁？”佛印说：“像佛。”苏东坡讥笑：“我看你像一堆牛粪。”佛印不语。苏东坡回家说给苏小妹听，苏小妹说：“哥哥，你输了，你看别人是什么，你自己就是什么，你的看法是内心的投射。”苏东坡非常惭愧，他收起狂傲之心，变得虚心、宽容，接纳他人，最终不仅与佛印引为知己，还成为宋代最豪迈旷达的诗人。

       ⑧麦客卢汉坦承，他曾受到讨厌情绪的困扰：“有许多年，我对一切新环境都抱着极端的道德判断的态度。我讨厌机器，厌恶城市，把工业革命与原罪画上等号，把大众传媒与堕落画上等号。简言之，我几乎拒斥现代生活的一切。”后来，他将这种负面情绪转化为学术研究的动力，开始研究20世纪杰出的艺术家，发现艺术创作是普通经验的回放——从垃圾到宝贝的过程，最终成为传播学巨擘。

       ⑨尼采这样说：“如果我们不能胜任善，善就令我们讨厌。”同样，如果我们不能胜任学习，学习也会令我们讨厌。最讨厌的人能胜任的恰恰是我们所不能胜任的，我们没有任何理由不去学习他。因此可以这样说：“当你变成你所讨厌的人时，你就成功了。”

       ⑩没有人可以取悦所有的人，最讨厌的人也是相对的概念。记住一句有用的话：“请你最讨厌的人一起吃饭，而不是请你最喜欢的人。”

    One day，a teacher entered the classroom and told the students about a test. After hearing，all students were seated and waited for the test to1. Now, the teacher gave the test papers to all students and put the text face down at the desk. When he finished handing out the test to all students, he asked2 to turn the test pages and begin.

    Our life is a gift given to us by God,11love and care, and we always have reasons to celebrate –our friends around us, the job that can 12us our living, the miracles  we see every day.

    Still we just13 day to day problems like health problems, lack of money, problems in relationships etc. but we never see that these problems are very small compared to14 we have in our lives.”

    So we should try to take eyes off our problems and15each moment that life gives us. Be happy and live life positively.
