幸福的底线

       ①俄国作家契诃夫说过:“如果你手上扎了一根刺,那你应当高兴才对,幸亏不是扎在眼睛里。”原以为这只是一种幽默的调侃戏谑,后来才发现,其实这也是一种达观的生活态度和人生智慧。

       ②一次,曾任美国总统的富兰克林•罗斯福家中失窃,损失惨重。朋友写信安慰他,罗斯福回信说:“亲爱的朋友,谢谢你的安慰,我现在一切都好,也依然幸福。感谢上帝。因为:第一,贼偷去的是我的东西,而没有伤害我的生命;第二,贼只偷去我部分东西,而不是全部;第三,最值得庆幸的是,做贼的是他,而不是我。”

       ③作家史铁生曾写道:“生病的经验是一步步懂得满足。发烧了,才知道不发烧的日子多么清爽。咳嗽了,才体会不咳嗽的嗓子多么安详。终于醒悟:其实每时每刻我们都是幸运的,任何灾难前面都可能再加上一个‘更’字。”

       ④他们实际上都是在为幸福画底线,每个人的具体情况不同,底线也就各有不同。幸福其实就是一种感觉,一个总是觉得很痛苦的人,往往就是把幸福的底线划得太高的人,期望值过高,欲望太大,结果与现实产生较大差距,于是痛苦就降临了。譬如说,一个把幸福底线划在得诺贝尔奖上的作家,志向固然远大可敬,但他这一辈子都很难有幸福感,因为这种机会太渺茫了;而一个经常发表小豆腐块文章的业余作家,却常常志得意满,感觉良好,因为他的底线是:文章能发表就是幸福,不拘长短。一个把幸福底线画在富可敌国上的大款,很难心想事成,自然也就无法快乐,哪怕他已经富甲一方;反倒不如那些出大力挣小钱的民工心情愉快,了无挂碍。所以,腰缠万贯的富翁未必就比家境小康的农夫幸福,身居高位的显贵不见得就比街头的小摊贩幸福,学富五车的大学教授不一定就比幼儿园阿姨幸福。归根结底,就是因为他们幸福的底线不同,一个画得太高,很难实现,一个画得较低,很容易达到。

       ⑤总之,把幸福底线画得低一点,稍许努力便可实现,幸福就在身旁。
