我国力推马铃薯主粮化战略

①马铃薯是菜还是粮?在1月6日举办的马铃薯主粮化发展战略研讨会上，丰富多彩的马铃薯主食制品令人大开眼界。马铃薯全粉占比40%的馒头、面包、马铃薯芝士蛋糕等，都颠覆着人们对马铃薯的认知。

②农业部副部长在会上表示，要以科技创新引领马铃薯主粮化发展，推动形成马铃薯与谷物协调发展的新格局。据介绍，马铃薯有望成为稻米、小麦、玉米之外的第四大主粮作物。它的种植面积将逐步扩大到1.5亿亩，年产鲜薯增加2亿吨，折合粮食约为5000万吨。

③专家表示，马铃薯主粮化的内涵，就是用马铃薯加工成适合中国人消费习惯的馒头、面条、米粉等主食产品，实现马铃薯由副食消费向主食消费转变、由原料产品向产业化系列制成品转变、由温饱消费向营养健康消费转变，作为我国三大主粮的补充，逐渐成为第四大主粮作物。

④据介绍，未来我国粮食消费需求仍呈刚性增长趋势，到2020年粮食需求增量在1000亿斤以上。但受耕地、水资源的约束和种植效益的影响，小麦、水稻等口粮品种继续增产的成本提高、空间变小、难度加大。而马铃薯耐寒、耐旱、耐瘠薄，适应性广。

⑤国家食物与营养咨询委员主任介绍，马铃薯被称为“十全十美”的营养产品，富含膳食纤维，脂肪含量低，有利于控制体重增长、预防高血压、高胆固醇以及糖尿病等。马铃薯主粮化有利于改善居民的膳食营养结构。

⑥专家建议，马铃薯主粮化涉及科研、生产、加工、流通等多环节，需要不断加大扶持力度，集中力量攻关。如加快选育一批综合性状优良、适宜主粮化的专用品种；开展不同马铃薯品种的营养成分比较分析，开发最好的产品；加快研发适宜马铃薯主粮化的加工机械等。
