* Opening Times

     Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium is open from 9:30 am until 6:00 pm every day of the year, including public holidays. Last admission is at 5:00 pm, one hour before closing.

     Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium is located on the corner of Flinders Street and King Street, Melbourne. It is siyuated on the Yarra River, opposite Crown Entertainment Complex.

     The Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium train stop is located on the free City Circle Tram route (公交线路) and also routes 70 and 75. City Circle trams run every 10 minutes in both directions.

     The Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium is a free bus service, stopping at key tourist attractions in and around the City. Running daily, every 15 minutes from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

      Tickets will be emailed to you immediately after purchase or you can download and print your ticket once payment has been accepted. Please print out all tickets purchased and present at the front entrance of Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium. No ticket, no entry!

    刘子玄，名知己，以玄宗讳嫌，故以字行。年十二，其父为授《古文尚书》，业不进，父怒，楚督之。及闻为诸兄讲《春秋左氏》，冒往听，退辄辨析所疑， 叹曰：“书如是，儿何怠！”父奇其意，许授《左氏》。逾年，遂通览群史。与兄知柔俱以善文词知名。擢进士第，调获嘉主簿。

    武后证圣初，诏九品以上陈得失。子玄上书，讥“每岁一赦，或一岁再赦，小人之幸，君子之不幸”。又言：“君不虚授，臣不虚受。妄受不为忠，妄施不为惠。今群臣无功，遭遇辄迁，至都下有‘车载斗量，杷椎碗脱’之谚。”又谓：“刺史非三载以上不可徙，宜课功殿，明赏罚。”后嘉其直，不能用也。时吏横酷淫及善人公卿被诛死者踵相及子玄悼士无良而甘于祸作《思慎赋》以刺时。苏味道、李峤见而叹曰：“陆机《豪士》所不及也。”

    累迁凤阁舍人，兼修国史。中宗时，擢太子率更令。介直自守，累岁不迁。会天子西还，子玄自乞留东都。三年，或言子玄身史臣而私著述，驿召至京，领史事。迁秘书少监。时宰相韦巨源、纪处讷、杨再思、宗楚客、萧至忠皆领监修，子玄病长官多，意尚不一，又仕偃蹇，乃奏记求罢去。

    始，子玄修《武后实录》，有所改正，而武三思等不听。自以为见用于时而志不遂，乃著《史通》内外四十九篇，讥评今古。徐坚读之，叹曰：“为史氏者宜置此坐右也。”子玄内负有所未尽，乃委国史于吴兢，别撰《刘氏家史》及《谱考》。上推汉为陆终苗裔，非尧后；彭城丛亭里诸刘，出楚孝王嚣曾孙居巢侯般，不承元王。按据明审，议者高其博。

    开元初，迁左散骑常侍。尝议《孝经》郑氏学非康成注，举十二条左证其谬，当以古文为正；《易》无子夏传，《老子》书无河上公注，请存王弼学。宰相宋璟等不然其论，奏与诸儒质辩。博士司马贞等阿意，共黜其言。诏可。

    会子贶为太乐令，抵罪，子玄请于执政，玄宗怒，贬安州别驾。卒，年六十一。子玄领国史且三十年，官虽徙，职常如旧。礼部尚书郑惟忠尝问：“自古文士多，史才少，何耶？”对曰：“史有三长：才、学、识。世罕兼之，故史者少。夫 有学无才，犹愚贾操金，不能殖货；有才无学，犹巧匠无楩楠斧斤，弗能成室。善恶必书，使骄君贼臣知惧，此为无可加者。”时以为笃论。子玄善持论，辩据明 锐，视诸儒皆出其下，朝有论著辄豫。殁后，帝诏河南（府）就家写《史通》，读之称善。追赠工部尚书，谥曰文。（节选自《新唐书•刘知几传》）
