I am Lucy. I like bags very much. I have two bags now. One is big and heavy. It is black. My father gave it to me five years ago. It has got no wheels (轮子) and no pockets (口袋). The other bag is yellow. I don’t often use (使用) it. It’s bigger than the black one but not heavier. I bought (买) it last year when I went to Beijing. It has got two wheels and three pockets. It also has got a cute rabbit on it. I like it very much.

Basketball stars are usually tall. The stars of other sports are sometimes short. Some of the best football players are not very tall. Short people often have better balance than tall people, so they do not fall over very often. In some sports the players must have good balance, for example, table tennis and running. You do not need long legs to run fast! Some of the fastest runners in the world are not very tall. Some are tall and some people are short. There is no medicine to make people grow taller or to make people shorter.

Today young people in many countries grow taller than their parents. This is because they eat better food today. Good food can help children grow.

One day Mr. and Mrs. White went shopping by car. They stopped their car near a shop. They bought(买) a lot of things and wanted to put the things into the car. But Mr. White couldn't open the door of the car, so they asked a policeman to help them. The policeman was very friendly. He started to open the car for them. Just then a man came up and shouted(喊) ,"What are you doing with my car?" Mr. and Mrs. White had a look at the car's number and they were frozen(惊呆了) there. It wasn't their car.

Today is Sunday. It’s a beautiful day. I get up at eight o’clock. I am going to have breakfast at half past eight. Then, I am going to fly kites with Sam and Sandy in the park. We are good friends. We are going to have lunch at one o’clock. About two o’clock, we are going to swim. We are going to go home at six o’clock. At seven, I am going to have dinner with my parents. At last, I am going to sleep at half past nine.
