Last weekend, we went to a park for a picnic. It was sunny. We had lunch at about twelve o’clock. The food was very good. But we didn’t have anything to drink. Lily had some money. So she went to buy some drink. We waited for a long time, but she wasn’t back. Tom said, “Let’s look for her.” Under a big tree, we found her. She was sitting under the tree. “I hurt my foot,” Lily said. We took her to the hospital. The doctor said her injury（伤）was not serious（严重的）.

I am Jim. October 18th is my birthday, so it is my favourite day. I am very happy on that day. I eat eggs and noodles for breakfast. My friends come to my home and play with me. We sing songs and dance together. Someone plays the piano and someone plays the guitar. My parents cook delicious food for lunch. We can have fish, meat and vegetables for the main course and a sweet chocolate cake for dessert. After lunch, my friends and I play outdoors. After supper, my parents and I watch TV. Then I go to bed at nine thirty. I don’t do my homework on that day. I am very tired but happy on my birthday.

We have twenty minutes’ rest between classes. Look! Most of us are playing during the rest time. Some students are on the playground. They are having a basketball game. Oh! A boy is running with a ball. And another is trying to stop him. They are so cool. And there are some girls watching the game. Some students are in the classroom. They are talking. A few of them are reading or doing homework. Look! A girl is looking at the birds in a tree in front of the classroom. She must be thinking of something interesting because she is smiling.What are the teachers doing? Do you know? Some of them are working in the office, and some are talking with students. Everyone is busy with his or her things. Busy and happy!

Jenny and Li Ming watched Bob play basketball in the morning. They arrived at the gym(体育馆)at 6:30. Bob’s team played with the Orange Team. Everyone played hard! Jenny and Li Ming had fun at the gym. They yelled for Bob’s team. Finally, Bob’s team won.

In the afternoon they went to the sports shop.Liming bought a T-shirt.Jenny bought a pair of shoes.Then they went home.

They were very happy.
