It’s Sunday morning. There are some children in the park.They are having a good time.

Some are playing games under a big tree. Some are singing and dancing. Some boys and girls are climbing the hill.Others are rowing on the lake.

Look, Tom is sitting by the lake.He is reading. Helen is running after a nice butterfly. She wants to catch it.

There is a light brown hen living in a small house. On the hill near her house there is an old fox. This fox wants to have the hen for his dinner very much. But he can't catch her because she is very clever.

One day the hen isn't at home. The fox goes into her house. The hen goes back home and fox catches her and puts her in his bag. Then he runs back to his house with the bag. The hen has a good idea. She makes a hole in the bag and gets out. When the fox comes back for supper, he finds his bag empty.

Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf, a cartoon film based on a popular Chinese cartoon TV series, won the hearts of children in China.

The Chinese cartoon began to show in public on 16th January, 2009 (the first day of the winter holiday for Chinese primary school students). The children seemed to go straight to the cinema.

Two weeks after its release (首次上映), the cartoon film got a box-office income (票房收入) of 68 million yuan more than that of Madagascar 2 (《马达加斯加2》), which was released in China on January 1, 2009.

“I think it is more interesting than Madagascar 2,” said 8-year-old Wang Lu who saw both Chinese and American cartoon films.

However some parents didn’t enjoy Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf so much. “It’s so childish that I almost fell asleep in the cinema,” Wang Lu’s father said.

But primary school children’s great interest has brought the great box office. Parents join their children in the cinema—buying two or three tickets to keep them company (陪伴).

A good breakfast is important. We can easily understand it. We have not eaten anything for about twelve hours until breakfast time. Our bodies need food for morning activities.

One good breakfast should have rice or bread, an egg, milk and fruit. On a cold morning, a cup of hot drink is necessary.

We must get up early to have enough time to eat breakfast. A good breakfast helps us to be more friendly and also to work better and play more happily.
