Everyone has some special experiences which make his life more meaningful. Today I’d like to share one to you all.

Last summer vocation, I flew to England with my mother. All the way I was very ______ to look forward to seeing the country. When we arrived and got out of the airport, we were so greatly attracted by the amazing view that we began to enjoy and _____. Suddenly, a beautiful house with lots of flowers in the front garden caught my _____. And a kind old man happened to get out. He invited us to have tea in his house. After entering his house, we saw his wife, a smiling woman.

Then, the couple showed us some paintings which the old man drew himself, and even some books he _______ himself. What an amazing man! But what ______ us most was a gold medal he won after taking part in the marathon!

That afternoon, we talked a lot and we had a good time. When it was time to say ____, I knew that I would never forget the couple. What a special experience! What lovely people!
