In order to present the best presentation and eliminate room for error, you need to keep in mind certain guidelines. Here are some of my ideas for presenting quality presentations that demand genuine attention【小题1】your listeners.
Picking out a topic is the hard part. It has to be interesting, impactful and unique, 【小题2】 it is crucial to choose something you care about rather than randomly select one. Ask yourself if it covers angers—is it informative? Will it keep my listeners hooked? Will it create an air of boredom? Will I be able to get all my facts and research done? Is it appealing to me, but not to them?
There is nothing more annoying than having someone blabber on about a topic he/she 【小题3】(not do) extensive research on. It is obvious from the way they speak, how monotonous their tones sound and how robotic their movement and gestures are. So don’t be that someone. Take the effort 【小题4】(learn) as much as you can. No one is perfect, and there are bound to be mistakes or circumstances 【小题6】you didn’t count on and couldn’t avoid. You 【小题7】stutter(结巴) with a word, mix up slides, or forget some important sheets of your presentation and so on. Straighten up. Crack a minor joke in your defense. In other words, improvise(即兴表演) and don’t beat yourself up about it or else your presentation will end in disaster. Don’t let it ruin the rest of it, and finish the presentation as planned, so that people think more of how well it ended.
The 【小题8】(good) thing about presenting a topic is eye contact. 【小题9】you are able to say it by heart, and not by looking at a piece of paper you will have mastered the most effective presentation technique. Memorize your lines, and points, and only glance at your notes occasionally if you think you may forget something. In end if, you think that you are well prepared to answer questions, then by all means invite 【小题10】

Old Friends, Good Friends
More than 30 years ago, when I took my first job in New York City, I found myself working with a number of young women. Some I got to know just in passing, but others gradually became my friends. Today, six of these women remain an important part of my life. They are more than simply friends, more even than close friends. They are old friends, as essential as sunshine and more dear to me than ever. These people share a long 【小题1】 history with me. In fact, old friends are a lot like promises. They put 【小题2】 into the uncertainty of life and establish a link between the past, present, and future.
The attachment between friends who have known each other for many years is 【小题3】 to be complex. On occasion we are exceedingly close, and at other times one or both of us 【小题4】 step back. Sometimes events intervene (干预) in a way that requires us to rework the term of a relationship. A friend starts a second career. Let's say, and suddenly has less free time. Another remarries, adding someone new to the equation. Talk honestly and listen to each other to find out if the other’s needs are being 【小题6】. Renegotiating pays 【小题7】to life’s inevitable changes and says that we consider our friendships worthy of preserving.

Of course, self-disclosure can make even old friends more vulnerable, so go slowly: Sharing the one world can open new doors, but only if we 【小题10】 first.
Time is the prime commodity between old friends --- by this I mean the time spent doing things together. Whether it's face to face over a cup of coffee, side by side while jogging, ear to ear over the phone, or via email and letters, don't let too much time go by without sharing your thoughts with each other.
